Velux KFC 305

VELUX control unit KFC 305 for 2 VELUX smoke ventilation windows GGL/GGU (or 1 VELUX glass rooflight electric exit CXU, depending on local legislation, please consult your local VELUX Sales company). Connected windows can be easily opened and closed for fresh air by using a comfort ventilation switch. The KFC 305 also features a 72-hour battery back-up for added safety.

• Quickly open the window for daily or comfort ventilation with the touch of a button.

• Visual and aural alarms will notify building users in case of emergency or system errors.

• Add additional wall switches, break-glass points, smoke detectors and rain sensors.

• Control system signals if there is failure in the motor power supply.

• Fully complies with current and expected future CE standards and regulations.

• Add Fireman's priority switch for the fireman to take control of the smoke ventilation window during an alarm situation.
