Blinds and spares have a one-off charge of £4.80 to UK, Windows and flashings are charged at £36.00 to all UK postcodes including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. Delivery charges will apply on all shipments to Europe. Most products are shipped from the EU and will go through customs so may have a slight delay, No customs charge will be incurred as the goods are going between Velux Denmark and Velux UK, it is then distributed from Wellingborough to yourself. TNT will update tracking details when it is collected 24hrs before scheduled delivery. Please check your spam box for delivery details prior to calling.
2 Day Delivery available on selected manual VELUX blackout blinds: colours 1025 white, 1085 light beige, 3009 black, 1705 light grey & 1100 dark blue, in specific window types and sizes C04, M04, M06, M08, S06, CK04, MK04, MK06, MK08 & SK06, this is also subject to stock levels at Velux in Wellingborough (to avoid disappointment please call to check stock prior to ordering). Electric or solar blinds are 10 - 15 working days and all other Velux products will be delivered direct from Velux outside UK within 7 - 15 working days to the address you have specified.
Delivery days will be Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm (no allocated time slot given)
Please note deliveries will require a signature and any damage to the packaging needs to be signed for as damaged, no claim can be made from the courier for damages that are signed for as unchecked.
On the day of delivery you can leave a signed note stating TNT please leave the parcel with a neighbour or a secure place (at your risk). To change delivery dates or to track your parcel please contact TNT on 0800 100600 either the day before delivery or on the day, TNT can track it by your postcode and surname.
TNT will make three attempts for delivering and on the third attempt they will leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery, if no contact is made by yourselves then the goods will be returned back to Velux and delivery charges will apply.
